SmartStop Self Storage - Cambridge

I recently visited this storage facility to explore my options, and I was really impressed with the experience. Casandra and Morgan were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me around, explain the different unit sizes, pricing, and security features, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The facility itself was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure. Even though I haven’t rented a unit yet, their customer service alone made a great impression and definitely put this place at the top of my list.

Had a blast with Morgan and Casandra today. I went in to find out more about a unit that I reserved. They processed me fast and were super kind, informative and put up with my antics without blinking an eye. 😁 Excellent customer service 🎉🎉

Great place. Clean. Staff is very helpful. Cassandra and I believe her name was Morgan were great at answering my questions. It’s hard to find a place where the staff actually cares to do their job.

I have rented 2 units at this location for almost 2 years now and my experience hasn't been the worst, but also hasn't been the best. I've stayed this long for 3 reasons: the 5 star customer service, the convenience of the drive-through feature and simply because it is walking distance from my home. I was going through a difficult time in life when I was in need of a unit and moving can be the most annoying, overwhelming, stressful experience for anyone. I won't forget the day when Casandra turned my dark day into a bright one with her welcoming smile and kindness, making my experience easy and breezy. Her and Morgan are both very hardworking, knowledgeable and personable. They are always on the ball with reporting any issues to their supervisor. If issues aren't being resolved in a timely fashion, it is usually because corporate is dragging their feet. If I were to rate this big company and how they run things, I'd give them 1-2 stars for many reasons. Ultimately, I think it is really messed up to raise the rent $70-90 every 6 months when there has been flooding with no in-floor draining systems, ventilation issues, an ongoing mouse/rat problem, and multiple break-ins and thefts. Morgan and Casandra can only do so much and it is difficult for them to deliver a 5 star service when their supervisor does not listen to them, back them up when issues need to be addressed or appreciate them for that matter. I heard from an employee at another location they were told by their supervisor they would get written up if their location did not gain positive google reviews... Someone call the labour board!

Morgan at Smart Stop is amazing with great customer service skills. We needed a storage facility in a hurry and she was able to accommodate us quickly and at a very fair price. The facility is easy to access and clean. I urge anyone looking for storage to give this facility a try.
