Great experience! The customer support is always helpful, positive, and friendly. They are happy to help with any questions or changes you need to make and take it all in stride. No matter who I’ve talked to, I’ve had the same high level experience - it’s consistent and wonderful. Their delivery person was equally wonderful. I happened to be out for drop-off and he was such a delight! Explained what they did and just got the job done efficiently and with kindness and a smile. Moving isn’t always fun, it’s a stressful adventure to say the least, my experience with Cubeit made it all better and more enjoyable. 5/5 100% would recommend!

The staff were friendly and courteous. They were very accommodating with regards to the time frame of when I needed the cube. Cubeit is extremely organized with the on line forms to complete and the emails that followed as well as the reminder calls on the day of the delivery. The cube was delivered within the time frame slotted, it was clean and ready to use with a brand new one time lock specifically for my cube.Our experience ordering the cube was so convenient and helpful for our reno. I would highly recommend this company and as well I would certainly use Cubeit again in the future.
