Hours on the door say 5pm close. Google say 530pm close. Got there to ask a question at 4:53pm and the doors locked.
If you say 5pm close be there till 5pm. Not a great way to conduct business. Just saying
I returned this morning to close my account and move everything. The guy at the counter was friendly and more than accommodating.

Super clean facility with easy access to your unit. The drive in area that allows you to unload without the weather bothering you is so great! The hallways are well lit, and I always feel secure when I'm there. The staff are very helpful, especially Peter at the Franklin North Facility in Cambridge. He is so friendly and is such a nice guy to talk to. This is my second time renting from this location and as long as I live in the area then Mini Mall Franklin North will be my storage facility of choice!
