Super clean facility with easy access to your unit. The drive in area that allows you to unload without the weather bothering you is so great! The hallways are well lit, and I always feel secure when I'm there. The staff are very helpful, especially Peter at the Franklin North Facility in Cambridge. He is so friendly and is such a nice guy to talk to. This is my second time renting from this location and as long as I live in the area then Mini Mall Franklin North will be my storage facility of choice!

Fantastic Place! Linda was so very helpful setting me up with a storage unit last minute. She went above and beyond my expectations and gave me a discount! I'm so Happy I moved here from the other place who apparently goes by market value so my rent went up 3 times in 6 months. Thanks so much for helping me Linda. Much appreciated.
