Super clean facility with easy access to your unit. The drive in area that allows you to unload without the weather bothering you is so great! The hallways are well lit, and I always feel secure when I'm there. The staff are very helpful, especially Peter at the Franklin North Facility in Cambridge. He is so friendly and is such a nice guy to talk to. This is my second time renting from this location and as long as I live in the area then Mini Mall Franklin North will be my storage facility of choice!

Great customer serviced when speaking on the phone. It was so easy to reserve my unit during a stressful move from out of province. It was easy access into the building and to my unit once I knew where I was located. I would highly recommend

I called Peter about a month ago and asked him to call me when a unit I was looking for became available. He was very prompt in letting me know a unit I was looking for became available and let me know it also becomes available online for everyone to see so call him back as soon as possible before someone takes it.
