I had to make my rental arrangement last minute, and within an hour I was signing my agreement and paying. The call center was fantastic with the reservation set-up and size choice. Carlos (Cambridge manager) was always a pleasure to speak with and made sure he answered any and every question. Access Storage was great in communicating during some area construction work as well. Having access to my unit at anytime of day was extremely helpful. If I need storage again, I'll use Access!

I had a great experience with Cynthia at Public Storage. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in, they made the process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain all the options clearly and helped us find the best unit for our needs. On top of that, they offered us a great promotion that really helped with our budget. Excellent customer service — I highly recommend Cynthia if you're looking for storage!

When I needed to rent storage space again, I did not hesitate to return to Access Storage. First, the site and units are maintained well - clean and well-organised. The central location is perfect, with easy access to the site and a variety of unit sizes to meet anyone's needs. What makes Access Industrial Road really stand out from other storage rental is Carlos, the site manager: his friendly demeanour, knowledge, helpfulness are top-notch. He treats you as a valued customer, and you almost forget that Access is part of a larger chain! I will absolutely return here again, and I give Carlos and Industrial Road Access the highest recommendation to anyone looking for storage.

Excellent customer service! Carlos Escobar the store manager was so helpful and cheerful and very professional. He explained all facts in detail which made my experience with Access Storage a very positive experience. I would highly recommend using Access Storage facilities and will do so again in the future should I need more storage.
