I had to make my rental arrangement last minute, and within an hour I was signing my agreement and paying. The call center was fantastic with the reservation set-up and size choice. Carlos (Cambridge manager) was always a pleasure to speak with and made sure he answered any and every question. Access Storage was great in communicating during some area construction work as well. Having access to my unit at anytime of day was extremely helpful. If I need storage again, I'll use Access!

Huge shoutout to Jacqui Kerrigan at Access Storage. We were running late and stressed about missing our time, but Jacqui went totally above and beyond for us. She was super patient, stayed back to make sure we got served, and handled everything with such a friendly, welcoming attitude.
